How quickly will my event go live?
Within 24 hours of payment confirmation. In most cases, same day. We'll email you when it's live with a link to see it in the app.
Can I feature multiple events or dates?
Yes — each event or date can be featured separately. If you run a recurring night or multi-day festival, the Series package covers the full season at a flat rate.
What's the difference between a featured listing and a regular listing?
Regular listings appear in search results and the feed sorted by date. Featured listings are pinned at the very top of the feed with an orange "Featured" badge — shown before any search begins. They also receive a link from the relevant SEO article (e.g. NOS Alive featured events appear in our NOS Alive 2026 guide).
Do you offer refunds?
If your event is cancelled or postponed, we'll extend your listing or issue a full refund — your choice. No questions asked.
Can I target specific cities or event types?
Yes. Your listing is automatically shown in the relevant city filter and event type category (Music Festival, Concert, Electronic etc.). Users browsing "London" or filtering by "Electronic" will see your event first.
How do I pay?
After submitting the form, we'll send you a Stripe payment link by email. You pay securely by card — Visa, Mastercard, Amex. An invoice is generated automatically.
